Bring your digital product to life.

Start a project

what is it?

The animation of screen design elements.

Who is it for?

Anyone who is building a website, creating a platform, or launching an app.

How is it used?

You can hand this off to developers to make your site come alive for users or create the perfect marketing video to show off your product.

Our Process

The 4 Critical Steps

We work in tried and true stages for all of our videos in order to predicability get you the best product every time.

Stage 1 // Design Discovery

We want to first dive into the design to see if there are any expectations that you have of the UI animations. We want to make sure we understand properly how it works before we begin.

Stage 2 // Animation

Now that we understand your website, app, or platform we'll get to work on animating the screens.

Stage 3 // Packaging & Polishing

Once the hard work has been done we want to add the final touches of music and SFX if needed. Also if needed, we can put these screens into a more traditional animation video for marketing purposes.

Pricing Factors

How the Project is Priced

Each project is unique and therefore there are a few factors that play into budgeting for an animation.

Production Value

Going for a more polished look, increased details, or complex animation techniques may raise the price of the animation.

Runtime

The longer a video is, the more work it takes to produce.

Rounds of Revision

Before starting a project we decide on the number of revision cycles to include in the project. Our standard is to include 3 rounds per stage.

Timeline

If a quick turnaround is needed that might increase the expenses of resources and therefore a higher budget might be required. Our standard timeline is 2-4 weeks depending on the scale of the video.

Other Assets

We have subscriptions to popular and useful stock video, music, and graphic sites. Those savings are passed onto you. But any additional assets or voiceovers needed will be expenses to the project.

The Process of Stages is Important

Each project is unique and therefore there are a few factors that play into budgeting for an animation.

A Deliverable For Every Stage

Stages our way of creating checkpoints for your approvals as we go along. In the Discovery Stage, we’ll deliver a Strategy Plan: a document containing the objectives, audience, and goals of the videos. In the Scripting Stage, we’ll deliver a Story Plan: a document containing a written description of the messaging arc, reference visuals,
and a script. In the Design Stage, we’ll deliver a Design Plan: a document containing a few of the critical screens and elements of your video. In the Production Stage, we’ll deliver the final, full-res version of your new video.

Revision Cycles Are Normal

One of the reasons we provide deliverables at each stage of the process is because we want your feedback. If we nail it the first time, great! On to the next stage. But if it still needs a little work, no problem. That’s built in to the process and timeline. We take your feedback and return with a revised version for your feedback or approval. Rest assured we won’t march ahead to the next stage of the process without your sign-off.

Approvals Are Final

We work hard to give you everything you need to make a thoughtful and informed decision at each stage of the process. But once the approval is given, we move onto the next stage. In other words, moving backward in the process is not part of the plan. For example, if you approve the Story Plan, then decide in the Design Stage you’d like us to come up with an entirely new concept, then we'll need to pause. That’s not to say that we can never go backwards. It’s just that we’ll have to have a conversation about the timeline, and further work might include our hourly fee.

Once Paid, It's All Yours!

When you pay for a project, you don't only pay for the final video. We will also provide you with all the assets and working files that we created.
